At AuraVento Studio, each piece of art is created especially for you. We work with trusted production partners to print and ship our products, ensuring premium quality and minimal waste.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All our products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Once your order is produced, it will be shipped immediately.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), production may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated automatically at checkout

  • Based on:

    • Your location

    • Product type

    • Order size

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

If an order is returned, reshipping costs may apply.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send us:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.
